Key Responsibilities: Business Development and Program ManagementManaged the implementation of a large cross-functional program of work, including; gaining certification to become an independent education provider (RTO). This program consisted of several work streams including, technology, operations, process and compliance. I worked with extremely tight timelines, budgets and with a strict scope. I successfully delivered this project on time/budget within 12 months.Managed and mitigated critical risks and issues that impacted the operation of the organisation.Led the development of innovative digital curriculum and e-learning structures and materials. Worked with a team of designers to ensure curriculum outcomes were engaging, fit-for-purpose and met state government requirements.Seamlessly managed stakeholder relationships with education partners, local and state government bodies.Compliance and GovernanceDefined 35 key policies and procedures that did not exist and were required by the organisation. I personally developed many of the key policies and procedures for the organisation as well as managing the delivery from other departments. As an infrastructure, security and application Technology Project Manager I developed the technology infrastructure and security strategy for a London based educational charity, and then delivered projects to support this strategy.
