Initially dedicated to clients acquired when Our IT Department purchased the West End based MSP called FMI. Latterly supported the company’s more prestigious clients.• Liaising with a multitude of diverse customers, supporting them to resolve their IT issues to their satisfaction• Supporting up to 300 clients with anything from 5 to 500 users with various pieces of hardware and software• Using in house Helpdesk CRM (AutoTask) software and logging on daily to see assigned tasks, then managing my own time to resolve said problems within set out SLAs• Liaised with users on a daily/hourly basis keeping them up to date and managing their issues and expectations• Supported customers configure their BYOD and helping resolve any issues arising from them• Managed and supported hosted RDP environments on server 2008, 2012 and 2016, which were locked down using group policy objects• Configured and maintained Microsoft Office 365 products including Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, InTune and Exchange in typically an Azure AD (Entra ID) domain joined or hybrid environment with users on both Windows 10 and MacOS platforms as well as mobile devices (Android/iOS)• Resolved tickets of all levels 1st – 3rd line• Mentoring first line engineers, equipping them with skills needed to deliver first class service• Valued member of the 24/7 team and taking calls as required to deal with issues out of hours • Supported internal Adept staff across all departments
