Established and managed a new product line for Genesis. Worked with Customers to determine inventory management, shipping schedules, break fix and other functions. I help navigate low inventory quantities to prevent shortages and customer outages. I established new reporting and procedures to optimize the process so that the existing business can now be manage by 50% less man hours, providing significant cost savings to my employer.

Worked with division president to design out a new project. The was only in the project for a few months before i was asked to step into the role of project manage for the U-verse business.

Worked as a Senior Contract Manager for AT&T, where i reviewed and manage various vendors and contracts. In addition to contract management, i worked on a few special projects, including diversity spending projects, and Senior Contract Manger optimization based on time allocation to various parts of the job.
