• Collaborated with the VP of Compliance to aid in the completion of the DCAA audit for 2005, 2006, 2007, and 2008 across two different tax entities within Vangent, amounting to $500 Million in total cost.
• Created the 2008, 2009, and 2010 Fiscal Year divisional budget for CNS. Reported monthly on all variances for direct projects and indirect cost pools, with regard to budget versus forecast versus actual.
• Prepared monthly program health and status reports for senior management, including process change report, program status, program burn rate, EAC, percentage of revenue expended, and program forecasts.
• Prepared pricing analysis for ROM, add-on, follow-on, re-compete, and new business.

• Contracted to Sun Microsystems, I supported the lead program manager in the IRS hardware refresh program, specifically with financial analysis, revenue forecasting, and cost management for 25 projects amounting to $30.
• Individually managed two programs, DISA and Lockheed Martin, revenue amounting to $5 Million.
• Directed training for new pricing guidelines, discount policies, and the sales approval policy. After completion, verified that all standards were being followed for SOX and GSA auditing.

• Contracted to GSA.GOV, directly supported the lead project manager and senior budget specialist on a multiple year SAP procurement implementation in FTS division within General Services Administration.
• Assisted the senior budget analyst in contract and budget analysis for GSA’s Chief Financial Officer and OMB, which included the creation and presentation of the FY 2006 OMB 300 procurement submission, invoice tracking.
