Group Sr. Director, Global Digital Content Experience
CurrentSmurfit Westrock was officially created in July 2024 following the global combination of Smurfit Kappa and WestRock, building the world's largest paper & packaging company (NYSE: SW, $32B rev, 100k+ employees). Building a new global digital content organization encompassing website, marketing automation, marketing technology stack development, and full funnel analytics reporting, supporting efforts at both the global and local levels across 40 countries. Launching SmurfitWestrock.com from the ground up! Enterprise digital experience platform / content management platform RFPs & selection, content strategy & development (including global & local SEO), technology integrations with core enterprise business systems (e.g. CRM, marketing automation), and unified customer experience analytics. Building custom applications around location management, product information management (PIM), and others as needed.Developing all post-merger product portfolio content including product substantiation, sustainability reviews, and core promotional content empowering local sales & marketing teams to better leverage the new combined portfolio.Building the new digital employee experience, partnering with IT & HR to harmonize legacy WestRock and Smurfit systems into a unified mobile-first employee experience in 26+ languages.
