All 23 field offices were closed including the corporate office and on March 16th 2018 over 130 good people lost their jobs. * Hired to open and head the newest office in Ohio for a large HR outsourcing company. Went from 0 dollars in revenue to 4.5 million in the first three years in the new market. * I was the first office (out of 20) to do over 8 Million three consecutive years in a row.* I have been extremely effective at educating business owners as to how and why our company should assist in some of the HR functions or on how we can perform all the HR functions for the company.* My office was recognized as the most profitable office in the country.* Managed and motivated a team of sales reps as well as managed the office staff to meet profitability objectives.* Responsible for the essential recruitment of our leased field staff and consistently managed over 240 employees in the field. * Worked closely with clients to ensure leased field staffs were meeting expectations and that they had the necessary skills.* Mastered the science of recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and the daily maintenance of all personnel. * Streamlined the outdated existing sales and GM training program and implemented a new fast track program.* Have been recognized by the corporate office for multiple awards of achievement including highest profit percentage, spirit award (twice), award of excellence, and the best receivables award 8 out of the last 12 years.* In 2009 I was awarded the "Presidents Award" which is the company's most prestigious award.
