I am a Group Director at NRL, based at our offices in Wigan. I specialise in providing workforce solutions and industrial relations consultancy within the Engineering Construction Industry. Our role is to support clients manage and deliver major projects, often within complex working rule agreement environments. We provide solutions that help clients to manage the flow of workers onto projects, focusing on demonstrating worker competency and compliance, payroll, training provision and industrial relations.NRL was established in 1983 and has grown into one of the country’s leading technical and engineering consulting companies.
