About Greg Corcoran
Greg has worked in the Irish film and TV industry for over eighteen years in a variety of capacities across the spectrum of live and recorded television, feature and short films, music videos and education. He works as a Lighting Director in the Lighting Dept at RTÉ, Ireland's largest broadcaster on shows such as The Late Late Show, The Tommy Tiernan Show and Claire Byrne Live.He has previously lectured in TV Production at the Dublin Institute of Technology (now TUD) and was also a Director on the board of Filmbase for over ten years.Greg has produced and directed numerous critically acclaimed music videos for bands such as Third Smoke, The Neon Sea, Le Galaxie, Alias Empire and Autumn Owls. See www.gregcorco.com for examples of his work.Greg has also written, produced and/or directed a number of award winning short films (The Flight to Memmingen, Mac An Athar, Finscéal Pháidí, Dead Load, Aisling). Worked on TV dramas and feature films such as Pavee Lackeen, Bachelors Walk and Love Is The Drug. Greg currently has a number of projects in development for film, TV and music promos.
