KDA Group Inc. is one of the largest local search agencies in the world supporting over 200 national brands and 300,000 agents, dealers, and franchisees. Services include: paid search, SEO, listing management, mobile marketing, social monitoring, website design and development, analytics, and online and offline directory advertising (i.e. Internet and Print Yellow Pages).As the Director of Digital, I oversee all Digital activities for KDA Group Inc. Such activities include but are not limited to strategic leadership for the agency, account management for digital clients, oversight of Digital Product personnel responsible for program execution, product development, and new business.

Serve as strategic lead for media products totaling $20 million in billings.Responsible for identifying new revenue streams whether through partner and product expansion or packaging and marketing of current offerings.Manage company relations with vendors such as Yelp, CityGrid Media, AT&T Media, SuperMedia, xAD, and AdMob.Coordinate with multiple departments for varying purposes: Business Development to provide an attractive product offering, Client Services to ensure existing programs are running effectively, Operations to improve accuracy and efficiency, Marketing to properly and adequately promote solutions, and Product groups to allow for program integration and cross-training.

Responsible for facilitating the on-boarding of any new product opportunities and/or partnerships to further TMP Directional Marketing's offerings with the end goal of expanding the reach of our clients' local search programs.Developed and implemented New Product Roll-Out Process, including but not limited to RFP creation, vendor selection, vendor negotiations, pro forma creation and analysis, resource allocation, test parameters and legal review.Successfully launched six new local search products and/or vendor relationships.

Served as team leader for Manager, Sr. Marketing Analysts, and Marketing Analysts working to develop recommendations consisting of Search Engine Optimization, Paid Search, Local Directories, Free Directory Assistance, and Local Listing Management.Instrumental in strategic development and continual optimization of several Fortune 500 marketing programs.Served as Marketing expert in sales presentations to prospective clients.
