Continuation of the transformation effort to bring on the Verizon states under Frontier systems.

Managed multiple IT Infrastructure conversion projects in parallel related to the transfer of Verizon’s land line business. Effort included managing server installation and upgrades with Solaris, AIX, LINUX ,Windows operating systems, data center network and storage planning, vendor selection and task management, conflict resolution, task prioritization to meet tight schedule demands and LEC and CLEC application enhancements efforts. Worked with SUN/Oracle operations support to implement complex integrated solutions into the current IT environment. Led efforts in creative approaches to solving problems and risk mitigation with limited support resources. Performed a Business Analyst / Architect role in working with data warehouse application administrators to gather requirements and develop solutions. Volunteered to staff and manage Command Center during simulated and final cutover of Verizon data feeds. Maintained project schedules /activities in CA Clarity and MS Project per management’s expectations.

Senior Business Analyst – Infrastructure Project Manager • Successfully mentored individual project managers in project implementation and validation life cycles practices. Ensured prioritized projects were delivered on time, within budget and pm’s were prepared for their new roles.• Led complex projects to deliver required infrastructure components for large SAP country site implementations including the HR/EHS module. The HR effort resulted in successful installation of a new enterprise server and portal environments that was completed on time with system performance exceeded expectations.• Managed hardware and software upgrades to field sales personnel at national and regional sales meetings.
