Continuation of the transformation effort to bring on the Verizon states under Frontier systems.

Managed multiple IT Infrastructure conversion projects in parallel related to the transfer of Verizon’s land line business. Effort included managing server installation and upgrades with Solaris, AIX, LINUX,Windows operating systems, data center network and storage planning, vendor selection and task management, conflict resolution, task prioritization to.

• Successfully mentored individual project managers in project implementation and validation life cycles practices. Ensured prioritized projects were delivered on time, within budget and pm’s were prepared for their new.
• Led complex projects to deliver required infrastructure components for large SAP country site implementations including the HR/EHS module. The HR effort resulted in successful installation of a new enterprise server.

• Oversaw IT accounts for five Kodak business units, relayed IT business needs to IS management. Effort resulted in increased business satisfaction of IT offerings and productivity gains made by process improvements.
• Managed vendor selection, price negotiations, and vendor support planning for numerous infrastructure initiatives, resulting in cost savings and improved overall support structure.
