As part of our talented and growing XD offering, I’m here to drive customer-centric design thinking and to strive for high-quality, creative solutions to well-defined and well-understood problems.The role has so far offered me the opportunity to work with some outstanding organisations, including;SubwayGoustoIntuit (QuickBooks)Carnival Cruises (Cunard and P&O Cruises)IAGL (Avios)… within which I’ve been heavily involved from initial discovery through to ongoing experimentation and development of processes and products. Defining and implementing varied and relevant research and validation techniques along the way.AND’s proposition means that I get to enjoy coaching and mentoring clients as well as ANDis, in addition to creating and delivering training in a variety of different areas. In my role as XD Chapter Lead, I help to connect AND’s talented community of Experience Design professionals across the entire business, to support alignment and efficiency of our processes, methods and skills. All of which connects me with our mission to close the world’s digital skills gap.
