As Adobe Practice Director I work with customers moving to the Adobe Experience Cloud platform, assembling and supporting our strategy and diverse execution teams. I also have broad internal practice responsibilities including: - Providing leadership supporting multi-million dollar Adobe influence and double-digit annual growth- Leading sales pursuit teams supporting new business development; working with internal Adobe alliance manager to nurture and grow our Premier Adobe partnership- Pro-actively influencing practice strategy, direction, objectives, initiatives, recruiting, internal evangelism, certification, mentoring and career counseling- Creating differentiating platform offerings including jump starts, solution packages, implementation guides, influencing external marketing and materials - Blogging and thought leadership to convey and provide points of view, architectural deep dives, trends and gems- Oversee delivery teams and set standards and process for Adobe projects

Responsible for delivery on the Adobe Experience Cloud platform. On premise and cloud infrastructure for Adobe Experience Manager (AEM); foundation, solution, and detailed design; lead practice architects on standardizing delivery artifacts and project approaches.
