I founded the Defence Research Accelerator under the Next Generation Technologies Fund - building a Defence focused ecosystem to support researchers, startups and innovation communities to rapidly address Defence challenges.

I was the project manager for DST Group's innovation strategic initiative, focused on renewing the organisation's internal innovation challenges and strengthening our role as the innovation integrator for Defence. During this time I made a significant contribution to the organisation's innovation strategy and coordinated a number of activities with.

I led DST Group's modelling and simulation (M&S) activities for the ANZAC Anti-Ship Missile Defence (ASMD) upgrade program. To mitigate the risk of integrating new systems on board the ANZAC frigates we supported the combat system vendor in building and executing a simulation capability to evaluate the performance of the integrated systems.
