At Abound Solar I started as an accounting clerk and after several promotions and department changes, I left as a Supply Chain Business Analyst. This broad interdepartmental experience allowed me to learn all aspects of a large scale manufacturing organization as well as granted me extensive experience within Dynamics AX. I worked at the organization gaining invaluable skills in accounting, manufacturing, supply chain and in Dynamics AX implementing both AX 4.0 as well as AX 2012 during my time. Among my accomplishments during my time at Abound Solar include - - Starting as employee 81 within an organization that would eventually grow to over 400 employees.- Implementing AX 4.0 and AX 2009.- Redesigned the third party distribution process reducing inventory while achieving 100% service levels.- Optimized inventory forecast process and refill process in an effort to become a lean organization.- Participating in design of the sales order fulfillment process and configuring AX 2009 in order to ship the first commercial shipment of PV solar panels internationally.As a start-up organization we were able to implement the software one module at a time. I was able to learn as the organization grew gaining my initial experience in many of the modules within AX. I was promoted several times and switched departments several times while there. By the time I had helped to implement both the accounting modules within AX as well as the Trade and Logistics modules within AX.
