Led 25 personnel in the 24/7 operation, maintenance, and cybersecurity of networks that enabled strategic and tactical command and control capabilities for senior US leaders in the Pacific and connected over 22,000 U.S. military personnel in Hawaii, Alaska, Japan, and Okinawa.• Recognized by senior leadership for the successful external accreditation of the organization’s ability to provide computer network defense services. Received maximum scores on 119 of the 124 inspected areas, enabling both the Pacific and Global operations centers to achieve a first ever “Commendable” rating.

Directed 74 personnel in the engineering, installation, and maintenance of encrypted backbone communication networks worth over $430 million that delivered over 440 gigabits bandwidth per second to warfighters across the U.S. European and U.S. Central Command operational areas.• Led an interdisciplinary team that prepared, tested, and activated a new government owned fiber optic network composed of over 500 components which spanned over 7,000 miles across Europe. Transitioned existing commercial circuits to the new network, which facilitated the cancellation of leased lines, saving $15 million annually. The team won DISA’s 2005 Outstanding Technical Program.
