Responsibilities included:• Support and manage 35+ companies with various infrastructures from multiple industries. Main tasks include fixing issues and maintenance of networks, hardware and software. Key areas of support involve: • Windows Server 12/16/19 • Hyper-V powered machines • Firewalls including Cisco Meraki • Routers and Switches • Microsoft 365 suite including Exchange, SharePoint and Teams administration • VoIP systems • Dell EMC Servers • DNS Administration • Obtain and close new leads. This would include reviewing current network infrastructure and providing recommendations for improvement and implementing the chosen solution. • Leading research analysis and negotiation to ensure acquisition of the best hardware and software at the most competitive price available. Presenting the solutions to clients and stakeholders and working alongside them throughout the project lifecycle. • Driving large projects including redesigning of networks, server installations, email migrations and SharePoint Intranet and sites.
