This saved ING over $200K/year on Hardware and Software costs, insures software currency, and reduced the labor costs to support the environments. • Process Owner for a Six Sigma project that reduced the load times of our largest ETL schedule by 40%, reduced the number of abends by 50% and improved data integrity. Since that project officially concluded, has continued to improve these numbers 2 fold! (ING Six Sigma Green Belt.)• On-boarded production support of 8 additional ETL applications over the past several years, without any increase in staff.• Involved in several Vendor POCs. Most recently worked with IBM on a schedule conversion "robot". My team proved the concept and converted over 4,000 jobs from ING’s old scheduler to TWS, under extremely tight time lines, which saved ING a $900,000 fee in the first year.• Participated in multiple data center rehostings, server consolidations and software upgrade projects.
