With over fifteen years of experience in customer service, management, and retail, I have developed a diverse and adaptable skillset that enables me to take on various roles and challenges with a creative and methodical approach. I have a passion for communication and media, and I have pursued education and freelance work in radio and audio production, enhancing my digital and creative skills.Currently, I am a volunteer at AbilityNet, where I support and assist older and disabled people with using tech services and hardware, both in-person and remotely. I also work as a shift leader at Tesco, where I manage and lead staff, troubleshoot and maintain customer utility software and hardware, and handle keyholder and store safety responsibilities. Through these roles, I have demonstrated my ability to work with different audiences, collaborate with teams, and solve problems effectively. My goal is to use my skills and experience to make a positive impact in the community and the industry.
