I was awarded the MAI designation with the Appraisal Institute in 1993 and in 1997 I was recognized as a Certified Commercial Member of the CCIM Institute.Appraisal Institute Professional Development Programs: Valuation of Conservation Easements and Litigation. My real estate work has included markets from San Diego to New York, providing invaluable experience with investment real estate and special purpose properties. Along the way I have had the great experience and benefit of working with and learning from some outstanding people from the Appraisal & Consultant Group, American Appraisal Associates, The Highland Group,Realty Services, and GlassRatner.I prepare valuations on Right-of-Way projects, Investment Grade real estate as well as Timber, Mitigation Banks, Conservation Easements and special purpose property such as educational facilities. Litigation support is provided for Right-of-Way, Bankruptcy Court, Federal Tax Court, and Probate Court. Litigation has involved the estimate of damages from construction defects to flood damage.
