• Created the infrastructure necessary to understand, capture, analyze, and report on data relevant to the portfolio of Network projects.

• Implemented a strategic decision making reports structure that generated increased visibility, alignment and focus across nine disparate organizations.

Kansas City, Missouri Area

• Served as the business consultant and single point of contact between the Network and IT organizations to determine an appropriate direction and scope on projects with overall budgets ranging from $250,000 to over $1.
• Accountable for the analysis lifecycle of ~95 Network sponsored projects on a yearly basis.
• Successfully managed the post-acquisition decommissioning of over 200 IT systems utilized for managing a telecommunications network acquired through a merger. This resulted in cost savings of over $5 million a year.
• Partnered with project sponsors to maximize the value of IT investments and provide solutions that match the strategic and tactical objectives of the sponsoring business units. Saved over $6 million on one project.
• Delivered the scope and approach for the largest release in support of an infrastructure update to Sprint.com.
• Successfully delivered the IT approach on the project responsible for all back-office systems support of the 4G network rollout.

• Delivered on a $3.5 million budget through prioritizing, accurately estimating, development, deployment, and production support of ~52,000 hours of yearly development work across 21 applications.
• Provided for the continued development and coaching of a staff consisting of 3 supervisors and 29 employees.
• Accountable for the project lifecycle of all Radio Frequency (RF) and Performance Management (PM) projects.
• Served as the relationship manager between the IT organization, and the Network RF and PM teams.
• Prioritized workflow of staff to ensure efficient utilization of resources and completion of work deemed most relevant to furthering business priorities.
• Successfully transitioned the applications and support staff in the RF and PM space to an external supplier due to business level agreements designed to realize cost savings throughout the enterprise.
