Outside Sales Management – Expanded active market beyond the tight geography that defined previous company focus. These efforts have yielded over ten new customers in four states with expected new revenue well into double digit growth. Additionally, three disillusioned customers have been turned around to solid growth partners. Similar growth is solidifying for next year as well. Updated sales methods, reporting methods and implemented automation that has spread throughout sister companies. Wrote quality/receiving plan that resulted in becoming an approved vendor.

Ownership venture distributing automation equipment to OEM’s. Sales of machining equipment, material handling systems, pneumatics, T-slot framing, parts feeders and custom equipment occupy primary business focus. Sales applications are engineering based and business is developed around close interaction between equipment sources and the market through my engineering concepts and technical interaction. Project management determines success of orders. Alternate fabrication proposals help to secure projects. Contract management is critical in this business.
