Thank you for turning your attention to my little corner of LinkedIn. I have always been driven by curiosity and over the years this has led me to studies in Human and Social Geography, Cultural Psychology, Business Studies and Architecture. Besides this I have a keen interest in Pragmatic Semiotics, Rhetoric and Design.What I love is ideas – old and new – and their connections to practical consequences in “the real world”. In recent years this has resulted in a growing fascination with Data Science and the powerful tool of programming. Currently I am working in the field of Data Analysis, but this will most likely evolve organically into working with Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence.My goal is to use the tools of IT – programming as well as artefacts – to allow trained professionals to focus on their “craft” and expand their understanding within their particular field of expertise.Previously I have held positions in Project Assistance, Customer Service and Operations in the private healthcare sector.In my work life I seek to combine my curiosity and analytical skills with great teamwork - and a sense of being put to good use, for a greater good.
