With over 20 years of experience in various finance roles across different industries, I am a seasoned and versatile Finance Manager. I hold the CGMA/CIMA credentials, which demonstrates my expertise in management accounting and strategic performance management. I am currently ending a contract, where I've lead a team of 12 finance analysts who design, build, and maintain cost allocation models, produce product, channel, and customer profitability overviews, and support business strategy and executive decision-making.Some of my notable achievements include improving EBITDA by 80% YoY as a regional manager at Nando's, creating customer segmentation and pricing models at Barclays, managing significant technology cost bases for JPMorgan EMEA, and running the financials for a mental health practice and establishing an education non-profit.
