Management Analyst
As a Management Analyst for the 72 Air Base Wing, I am responsible for providing guidance to supervisors and managers on various personnel matters including hiring, position descriptions, and onboarding for new employees. I also advise on and make recommendations for appropriate personnel actions based on local operating instructions and company policies. In addition to maintaining personnel records, I stay up to date on personnel and staffing issues affecting the organization and routinely prepare plans to improve efficiency. Management Program Analyst
As a Management analyst/ Human Resource advisor, I serve as a point of contact for all personnel-related matters and provide program management and support for the RPA Business Unit in OC-ALC/OBM.
