As a member of this team, we work to think through the best ways to organize, structure and implement strategies that focus on driving efficiency and growth across the entire organization.Responsible for managing a team of Sales Directors and Business Development Executives from the US, Colombia, Brazil, and Europe. Work on developing strategies for our global sales organization to grow our E-commerce sales platform and customer engagement. Developing systems, strategy and Dashboards to manage and track a team of global reps progress against leads and targets.Work on proposals, teaching sales techniques, visiting and presenting to customers to earn business - Manage, train, hire a team of sales reps. - Directly Manage a team of 40 people, in US, Colombia, UK, Brazil- Help integrate and Direct Geographical sales offices in Mexico, Colombia, and Europe- Direct and Manage buy side relationships in the Semiconductor Industry- Landed major National accounts - Build relationships with clients in the Semiconductor, Biotech and Pharmaceutical markets- Sourcing for options to meet criteria for clients specific projects- Attend trade shows (AAPS, Pittcon, Bio show,Semicon) to meet potential clients face to face, and offer our services and promote the company.- Work closely with Fortune 500 companies helping them with asset disposition ideas, and sourcing for assets to help equip their labs and Facilities.
