I have a passion for solving market problems with great products and being a servant-leader of really smart teams. Learning to accept that I’m no longer the youngest person in the room, I’ve embraced my new role as a mentor and advisor, leaning on decades of experience in product management, strategy, data-driven decision making, and ongoing passion to help solve some of healthcare’s most perplexing challenges. I believe that focusing on solving the problems in front of you will reveal the next step. While that approach doesn’t replace the need for a plan, vision, and strategy, it creates highly effective teams with a bias toward action.My experience in leadership roles has taught me how to build highly motivated and effective workforces while navigating the challenges of the generational shift in business culture. I do this by communicating honestly and transparently, with grace, empathy, and gratitude.
