Lead a small team to continuously develop and improve the systems for which we provide to provide services to the business brokers who are also our members and customers. Manage and fine tune the network infrastructure for which BuyaBiz.com is based upon to handle traffic loads ranging from the teens to tens of thousands of page views per second by utilizing our in-house private cloud infrastructure and engineering expertise.

As director of operations at Coloured Studio it is my responsibility to design, create and provide enterprise class web applications and cloud solutions to companies of all sizes. Operating our own data center facilities (i.e. our own private cloud) gives us the edge to engage whatever solution a company needs to start out and become successful by and through our assistance in business and Internet solutions mindset.

This was a very exciting company and group of hard workers while the dot com wave lasted. I led this company from a small single guy in the garage startup to a somewhat oversized mom and pop telecommunications / networking company which spanned the south east. I learned a great deal about investors, investing, acquisitions and being acquired. Some very valuable lessons that all CEO's should experience before leading a larger company no matter what the industry. Success is int he eye of the shareholders - not the beholder.
