I developed computational and statistical methods, software tools, and analytics pipelines for high dimensional assay data applied to immunology and vaccine trials. I lead the statistical methods development team for the Vaccine Immunology Statistical Center. I was the PI for the grant maintaining the core BioConductor flow cytometry infrastructure. Our team provided statistical modeling and analytics support for several large vaccine trial networks including GH-VAP, HVTN, and CAVD, in addition to other diverse collaborations.

Develop new statistical and computational methodologies for novel high dimensional assays.Collaborate on projects with biomedical researchers to help achieve data analysis and publication goals. Co-ordinate small to medium sized research projects and assist in mentoring of RA's and post-doctoral fellows.
