For the last 20 years, Greg has been supporting Hardware Startups and Innovation in manufacturing through his company, Berkeley Sourcing Group, and the ecosystem as a whole through the Hardware Massive community and the annual Hardware Con conference. During that time, he's worked with over 1,000 hardware startup companies advising in the areas of DFM, manufacturing, supply-chain management, marketing and fundraising. Companies he's worked with have been highlighted in some of the most watched Shark Tank episodes. They have redefined the water bottle as a fashion statement and broken the glass ceiling on pricing. Others have been some of the first flexible wearables on the market. By working in the trenches with the founding teams, Greg has a unique view of the many challenges hardware startups face and the experience to understand the right tools and strategy to overcome them.
