His background includes budgeting, purchasing, forecasting, financial analysis, M&A, turnaround, and growth strategies. Greg has participated and managed successful exits, 2nd generation hand-offs, bank relationships and financing deals.Greg’s experience includes being an Army Engineer Officer, CEO, CFO, Director and Entrepreneur. He’s been through several exits, mergers, and acquisitions. Greg earned controlling interest of a bankrupt company after prevailing in an 8 year litigation and understands combat cash management equally as well as growth strategies, employee incentivization, and performance management leading to successful outcomes for shareholders. Greg has extensive experience as a contractor, manufacturer, and insurer with companies such as Fifth Third Bank, FKI Logistics, AIM- MRO, ARXX Building Products, ARC Building Group, Inc. and Signature Risk Partners.Greg earned his BA from the University of Cincinnati, is a recipient of the Army Commendation Medal and was Honorably Discharged as a Captain form the United States Army Reserve.
