Iron Gate Workforce provides consulting and implementation services to healthcare organizations seeking to improve the effectiveness of their human capital. We develop and evaluate RFP's, provide client-side implementation services, and align pay practices with policy.Our main business partners include API Healthcare Incorporated, Kronos, MaxIT, and RavenFlow. Additionally we have agreements in place with many professional consultants so we can easily address larger projects.Our team has direct experience with Payrollmation®, ActiveStaffer®, TimePC®, TimeID®, TimeCall®, SecurAll®, and Navigator®. We are the only consulting firm that has any experience installing the new Navigator. My areas brought in 75% of the firm's revenue and provided for double-digit growth 6 of the 7 years I served the firm. My additional responsibilities included marketing, sales, HR, professional development, B-2-B relationships, and joint responsibility for operations and finance.

I managed implementations of API Healthcare Inc's human capital systems. Our teams provided client-side implementation services, pay practice consulting, interface development, and conversions. I served as consultant to the executive sponsors and the project’s director in this engagement. Concurrently, I managed the development staff for an educational software firm with offices in Birmingham and Chicago. The development staff used 3GL and 4GL application development tools, advanced report writers, RDBMS and web enabling technologies.

I served as a developer, project manager, consultant, and Director in various industry settings. My focus was primarily human capital system implementations. Additionally, I served as a programmer in manufacturing and insurance industries. I also provided implementation and configuration services for engineering firms seeking to improve their product development processes.
