In this position my role was too oversee the overall running of the Health Club and Spa. Completing tasks such as Health and Safety updates, Rotas, Time sheets, Financial Accounts and Customer Service issues. Furthermore as overall manager I was responsible for 15 staff members.

In my role as a NVQ Assessor I tutored 15 learners through individual monthly meetings. These students took part in arrange of NVQ’s including Gym Instruction, Personal Training, Leisure Management and Customer Service.
