Worked with Show Designer, Keith Greco, and Cirque du Soleil special events department to ensure clear adherence to a show concept for the party. Procure, coordinate, arrange show-flow and rehearsal schedule for five separate performance troupes on 8 stages. Coordinate with lighting designer, projectionists (Moment Factory), crew, stage management and Luxor Hotel management to ensure a seamless load-in, event and load-out. Monitor showflow on the fly. Ensure the party kept a good tempo. Work with Production Manager to arrange travel. Negotiate all contracts. ....
