M&F is a family-owned, service-oriented business with wholesale and distribution operations nationally servicing the footwear, leather and related industries supplying a broad range of components and raw materials. My responsibility is executive management of M&F nationally, working closely with my brother with whom I share the Managing Directorship. I have day-to-day responsibility for operations in Kwazulu-Natal, the centre of South Africa's footwear industry, as well as management of M&F's chemical business nationally. My role involves working closely with our local teams in SA's four major cities, and includes commercial strategy, product planning and hands-on sales and customer service.

Board-level position responsible for business development, sales, customer and client service, pricing, sales and operations planning, and revenue management for BPP Group. Sales mix included B2C and B2B sales. Also responsible for BPP University College student admissions, international student recruitment and all aspects of UKBA compliance.

Leadership of BPP's Professional Development division with responsibility for revenue and all aspects of cost. Business included sales to individual delegates and to corporate clients. Responsible for strategy, sales, marketing and operational delivery.
