During my time at Halton Borough Council I have developed my ability to work with individuals at different levels, maintaining a strong record of health and safety on a daily basis. I can work independently and am very comfortable with decision making when conducting risk assessments prior to completing any high risk works. Working, under my own initiative completing high standard work within a timescale. I have to follow procedures observing Health and Safety regulations and be an ambassador for the Council. I also need to ensure the day to day environmental standards are achieved and maintained by carrying out a range of grounds maintenance and cleansing operations.
