Throughout my tenure at Softworld, I held multiple positions including Senior Account Executive, Sales Manager, Director of Sales and Alliances and Director of Sales. Responsible for all phases of the sale of IT staffing and consulting services. Researched companies and generated business opportunities encompassing four key focus areas; Network Staffing; Network Integration Services; Software Staffing; and Solutions Consulting. These four key offerings consisted of IT Staffing as well as Project Based Consulting services.

Initially hired to develop the Boston market selling temporary administrative personnel. After eight months I was asked to open a Light Industrial division in Boston and develop the business plan from scratch. I reached the twelve month weekly Gross Profit numbers in six months. I was recognized as an initiator and leader in cross selling practices across multiple business units.

Working with small to mid-sized businesses, developed strategic HR Outsourcing plans which included payroll, insurances, defined contributions and other section 125 plans.

I left my job in NYC to fulfill a life-long (ok, I was only 24) dream of spending a winter skiing the Colorado Rockies. When the ski resorts closed and my restaurant jobs ended I founded Paint This, Inc. Successfully established a reputable, efficiently run and profitable painting and contracting company. I quickly developed strong relationships with the largest property management companies in the valley. Responsibilities included extensive cold calling, prospecting and networking, as well as the negotiation of estimates and contracts; implementation of a full marketing/advertising program and promotional strategies; management and supervision of two crews of five craftsmen; and performed all accounting functions including General Ledger, A/R, A/P, and Payroll.

Working with existing clients over the phone, communicating market conditions as they were happening within the sugar trading ring. Taking and filling trade orders. Daily trade and account reconciliation.
