Sierra Surrogate Fishing is a new and unique fee based service for busy clients who cannot find time to enjoy the challenging sport of wild native and stocked trout fishing. We assign one or more of our highly skilled professional team members exclusively to each client and accumulate the contracted for size and quantities of mountain brook, brown, rainbow, golden rainbow, and lake trout using their choice of modern fly casting or bait casting technologies. Our fee structure is based on a complex combination of time spent by our staff performing fishing on our client's behalf and the size, variety, and quantity of trout caught. Rates typically begin at the $3500 per day level. All fish caught are either safely released or consumed by the staff. We strictly adhere to California Fish and Game rules and regulations. Our service is safe, environmentally friendly, and fully supports all sustainability concepts.Our success with our surrogate fishing operations has recently allowed us to expand the surrogacy concept to wine tasting. We are therefore proud to announce we have formed a new division: Central Coast Surrogate Wine Tasting. Aimed at an affluent clientele similar to that of our fishing operation, but in this case individuals who cannot find time to visit wineries, taste, and acquire wine, our staff of oenophiles will visit select wineries and taste a variety of wines on their behalf. Specializing in fine Zinfandels, Pinot Noirs, and select blends, we will optionally purchase and even consume bottles or cases of the wines we determine to be superior during the tasting process.We are opening another division! San Diego Surrogate Sailing now offers the ability to enjoy ocean sailing. As with our other services, our clients pay an exorbitant fee for us to enjoy this experience on their behalf.
