Served in a combined Facility Manager and Property Manager role to operate and maintain the 110,000 SF Dairy Queen corporate headquarters facility, provided facility support services to eight tenant companies occupying 25% of the facility, and provided a wide array of facility and office support services to the DQ headquarters population.• Operated and maintained the facility to the highest degree by assembling and managing an expert team of vendor service providers, implementing strategic long-term planning for large capital expenditure projects, instituting physical security systems and processes, and upgrading commons spaces and amenities. • Delivered tenant improvements, facilities upgrades, and furniture reconfiguration MAC projects on-time, on-budget, and with a focus on detail, value, and minimal disruption through effective collaboration with contractors, city officials, architects, furniture dealers, and installers.• Developed and managed a $2M+ annual operating budget with consistently positive results through meticulous planning and tracking expenditures, and participating in CEO-level financial reviews.• Provided excellent service to tenants and colleagues by managing facilities R&M, beverage services, mail processing, conference room scheduling and setup, and records retention.• Achieved exceptional safety at the corporate facility by implementing an emergency action plan, conducting drills, adopting regulatory compliance measures, upgrading life safety systems, compliance to fire marshal requirements, and participating in business continuity planning. • Remained on call 24/7 responding to power outages, internal flooding situations, mechanical failures, and storm damage, and worked with mitigation services to restore affected areas.• Provided excellent support to leasing agents by creating feasibility plans, conducting showings, maintaining CAM budgets, tracking lease documents, and making sure current tenants were happy in their space.
