We began as independant adjusters and we still do some of that. Because we were more extensively trained to prepare a case for trial than more recent adjusters, the industry's lawyers began to use us do their investigations when claims went to litigation. Area, then state and eventually national law firms found us and we now have a primary practice area of serving as investigators for legal professionals, both atorneys and their paralegals. Myself and Brad Suneson both have over 30 years of experience in the field. I'm the son of a 23 year insurance defense attorney (NASA engineer prior) who later was appointed, then elected to the bench in Hamilton County, TN. We are not private detectives and have no desire to work as such except in unusual circumstances, only for lawyers. Our largest client is a national mesothelioma defense firm with over 60,000 cases where we locate and interview witnesses for cases orginating from the 1960's, 1970's and even as far back a the "claimed" 1950's. We find co-workers, former business owners, site plans, and original suppliers of the product as well as records. We can travel for cases if it is large, serious and it sounds as if we can make a difference on a defense-related case basis (yes, we are becoming old biddies after traveling for so many years and we are not that interested in working for the "Dark Side"-plaintiffs; however we will be advocates when there is no conflict and for what we deem to be a case where someone has has been seriously wronged by a enept -almost used "stupid"- adjuster/lawyer).Thanks for taking the time to read our listing.
