As a licensed physical therapist, I provide effective care by listening to your concerns, conducting a detailed evaluation, and creating a personalized program specific to your problems and goals. I provide education about your current condition and teach you ways to manage your condition through home exercise, activity modification, wellness & prevention and self-management strategies. I employ a wide range of hands-on treatment options to assist in the remedy of your condition including; soft tissue mobilization, trigger point dry needling, hands-on traction, joint mobilization, passive stretching, postural correction techniques and manual strengthening. I see a multitude of diagnoses both surgical and non-surgical for all joints and spine conditions and I assist with balance, dizziness and walking difficulties including fall prevention. I graduated from Arizona State University in 1986 with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science. I spent 7 years working as a fitness director and personal trainer in the Phoenix area. I then went on to obtain a Master’s in Physical Therapy degree from Chapman University in 1995. I strive to create a successful and fun experience for each patient who walks through my door and I look forward to assisting you with your outpatient physical therapy needs.
