Provides leadership and direction to a wide range of representatives from within and outside the Federal sector during the development and management of projects which typically involve a span of five or more years to complete. Identifies, manages, integrates and/or adapts resources to achieve project goals while effectively managing scope schedule and budget for assigned projects.
