In this position, I provide safe, on-time transportation for patients to and from medical appointments. These patients include ambulatory as well as those in wheelchairs.

Responsibilities include working with various customers and local technicians to order and ship next generation vehicle tracking equipment. Further duties include scheduling installation appointments and maintaining trackers for each customer to track shipping and installation.

Responsible for datafilling network core equipment into the NIMS and NRM databases. Work with other team members as well as members from other groups to ensure the integrity of both databases. Work with members of the business unit to prepare a business continuity plan for the department.

Assigned to a lead position on the NRM Tiger team responsible for data integrity. Duties include entering site specific information into NRM, validate the NRM database against OEM records and ensure database accuracy. Worked with Sprint and OEM to help identify and resolve reporting errors from element management systems.

Initially assigned to as a project coordinator to Ericsson for their RF equipment upgrade project for Sprint Affiliates. Subsequently assigned to manage and maintain network databases for Ericsson’s portion of Sprint’s Network Vision project. Duties included creating RAN templates per Sprint requests, creating files for loading into Sprint’s Siterra and NRM tools and archiving OM data.

Performed mobile validation testing for Motorola's P25 radio system for Johnson County, KS Public Safety network. Duties included operating proprietary hardware and software to verify coverage across a wide area.

Contracted to Sprint's 4G provisioning group for circuit provisioning. Duties included provisioning T-1 and Ethernet circuits for the Xohm / Clearwire WiMAX network. Position required interfacing with local telephone and or Ethernet service providers in various markets. Ensured that orders were processed in a timely manner to meet deployment schedule.

Assigned to the Sprint PCS 4G mediation team for WiMAX statistics. Responsibilities included interfacing with multiple vendors as well as end users to ensure that requisite statistics were obtained and configured for Sprint's internal performance measuring tools. The project required that deadlines are adhered to and that any issues that arose were quickly resolved.

Lead engineer for the deployment of EVDO equipment for Sprint PCS covering 2 regions across the Southeast and North Central U.S. Responsibilities included updating customer's database, file generation and directing drive test teams. Other responsibilities included lead engineer for data collection and post processing for Sprint Affiliate integration projects, over-seeing MSP and NPW personnel as well as verifying and maintaining customer deliverables.

Contracted to Nextel to perform optimization on voice and 1x data iDEN network. Duties included data collection and reporting of network performance. Additional duties included FCC-mandated site safety testing.

Originally contracted by Nortel Networks to support Sprint PCS 3G FIT testing. Assigned the task of creating EV-DO data fill related to RF parameters and drive test verification for initial EV-DO deployment. Responsible for the collection, post processing and analysis of data for multiple test cases, including EV-DO. Provided detailed reports to the customer. Deployed to remote market in response to a customer request. Worked with the customer as well as other Nortel departments to successfully resolve the customer's issue. Responsible for managing drive teams in remote markets to ensure data validity as well as project schedule integrity. Responsible for training personnel on various types of measurement equipment. Additional responsibilities include test equipment acquisition contractor personnel issues and inventory control.

responsible for Sprint PCS's St. Louis MTA as well as engineering support for 6 additional markets in the upper Midwest. Responsible for optimization, hardware and software upgrades as well as the deployment of new 3G technology.Responded to urgent customer request involving the launch of their data network. Successfully worked with other Nortel entities, as well as the customer, to trouble shoot issues and make corrections that enabled the customer to launch their 3G data network as scheduled.RF lead for the deployment of next generation equipment. Responsibilities included supervising drive test teams, coordinating with Network Integration personnel and the customer.
