Began career at Citibank in the credit card treasury division handling interest rate risk management (hedging). Then moved to DKB to run their US securitization operations for both third party origination business as well as securitizing the bank's own assets. In 1999 moved to 1st Financial to run the bank's capital markets and securitization businesses. Promoted to CFO in February 2010. Have been involved in the credit card securitization business since 1991 and credit card business since 1987. Sat on the Board of Directors of ASF 2006-2012. Was elected to the Management Committee of the ASF in July 2009 and remained there until 2012. Was a Founding Member of the Structured Finance Industry Group and was selected by the initial Treasurer of the organization as well as one of the initial Board of Directors.Specialties: Banking, Securitization, Interest Rate Risk Mgmt, Credit Cards, Capital Markets, Budgeting, Financial Modeling
