General Manager with full P & L responsibility for a now $6.8MM+ revenue region serving over 1,700 schools and day care centers across six states. Responsible for all operations in the region including; new business development, sales process, training and leadership development, client satisfaction and retention, and execution of all photography in the region, producing over 250,000 portrait packages a year. Directly supervise 13 direct reports including one photography manager, five lead photographers, seven customer service professionals and 70+ photographers.

Provide strategic leadership for the department while improving safety and security for America Online (AOL). Lead results-focused efforts to boost member satisfaction and departmental productivity. Direct the Moderation Enforcement Safety & Help (MESH) team in moderatiing and reviewing the online activities of adults, children and teens. Design and implement new processes, tools, and protocols. Work cross-functionally to accomplish objectives. Manage 400+ on-site and remote personnel. Resolve escalated member issues.

Coordinated and managed daily operations of the PikePass system, with full responsibility for the success of one 15-person call center and two store locations with an additional 15 personnel. Interacted at all levels of the organization to achieve objectives. Led initiatives to increase satisfaction, boost productivity, and ensure seamless processes.

As National Field Service Manager, I was resposible for the overall success of all customer Automatic Vehicle Indentification (AVI) instalations. I managed a 24 hour customer response center and 12 engineers, along with leading the design, manufacture, installation and implementation of AVI systems, both domestic and international.
