I’ve been working at NatWest Group for over 4 years, most recently as a Technology Project Analyst. I manage technology deliveries using both waterfall and Agile scrum methodologies, overseeing the end-to-end delivery process. I’m experienced in requirements gathering, project planning and execution, financial management, risk management and implementation. I am a strong communicator, comfortable with tailoring my communications to a range of stakeholders of varying interests and levels of seniority. I am a confident decision maker, able to assess the pros and cons of the options available.
