I was promoted to Enrollment Manager in 2005 after progressively augmenting my role to the point where I received a staff management promotion. I had ten new and veteran staff under me across two learning centers. I leveraged and taught others to also capitalize upon CRM data to exceed targets and KPIs. We always did. By 2007, I specialized in military enrollment, advising prospective students in one of the most competitive markets in the country.
