As Director of the Political Law Compliance Division at Capitol Counsel and Consulting, I led cross-functional teams to streamline compliance operations, ensuring clients confidently navigated complex regulatory environments. Prior to that, as a Management Analyst with the New Mexico Secretary of State’s Office, I developed and implemented election administration best practices, delivering actionable solutions for county clerks statewide.In addition to my consulting work, I founded and managed KGH Sales LLC, a reverse logistics retail business, where I optimized inventory processes and operational workflows to maximize profitability. My hands-on leadership experience also includes over five years as a Transit Maintenance Supervisor for the City of Albuquerque, where I oversaw teams and resources to maintain the safety and reliability of public transit systems.I’m proud to have grown up in New Mexico’s House District 27 and chosen to raise my family in the same community.
