Greg is the principal of Direct Bearing Business Consulting, a firm focused on driving performance within organizations, teams, and for individuals. He has worked as a trainer, facilitator, internal consultant, and human resources director in a number of industries. For over 25 years he has focused on helping organizations achieve their business objectives, and individuals reach personal and professional goals. He has extensive experience with team dynamics, performance improvement efforts, professional development training, assessment development & deployment, and organizational change initiatives. He holds a masters degree from Indiana State University and an undergraduate degree from Marietta College. Greg has worked directly with companies such as Nike, American Express, G.E., HSBC, Genentech, PVH, Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein, Chesapeake Energy, Electronic Arts and Columbia University’s Advanced Management Program. An experienced speaker, Greg has presented to numerous professional organizations, including the Northern California Human Resources Association, the Grower -Shipper Association of Central California, The Central California Chapter of California Women in Agriculture, and the Bermuda Human Resources Association. Greg is co-author of the book 3C© Performance Modeling, and has been published in the online edition of Chief Learning Officer magazine.
