Assist customers of all skill levels and disciplines in the upgrade of current equipment, and purchase of new bicycles. Assist in service, and build new bicycles for customers, retail space, and back stock. Maintain a current stock while integrating new technology, freshen the retail space at regular intervals thereby perpetuating consumer interest. Ensure outstanding customer service.

Provide real-estate/rental services to absentee, and /or working property-rental owners. Services are tailored to each owner’s specific requirements. Each property is balanced in continual upkeep and positive income production. Oversaw sundry construction, remodel projects.

Responsible for faculty leadership initiatives and the planning and implementation of student programs and activities that assure quality academic standards.Conducts faculty interviews; makes hiring or termination recommendations for instructional personnel; conducts new teacher training and mentoring activities; plans, conducts, oversees in-services and instructor training sessions; authorizes faculty professional development; and assures up-to-date and accurate faculty personnel reports. Monitors classroom activities; summarizes and follows up on student instructor/classroom critiques, providing written observations and documentation to campus director(s) and program directors, with feedback to instructors.Acts as liaison between programs and campus directors in matters of curriculum and classroom activity; insures the accuracy and currency of syllabi, course outlines and lesson plans and maintains master binders and electronic files of all classroom course documentation for agency inspection and quality control purposes. Monitors the posting of Daily Attendance by the Instructors and insures that students missing class are contacted in a timely manner by the Retention Committee. Leads retention team, sets goals for each program in coordination with program directors, retention committee members; and is instrumental in setting and achieving campus retention goals.Insures accurate academic records are maintained by instructors; determines and communicates time frames for reporting academic records to the registrar. Communicates and reinforces institutional expectations with students at orientation and classroom junctures; reviews mid-term and final grades monitoring student academic progress; oversees that probation is properly reviewed with students, and implements a strategy for student tutoring. Meets with failing or probationary students and/or students with attendance deficiencies and maintains written documentation of corrective actions.
