Responsible for the awareness, education, and utilization of Hightower’s value-added services among advisors and their end clients. Hightower continues to leverage its scale and unique position to develop financial services that empower advisors to meet the full wealth needs of their clients. To ensure advisors are aware of the capabilities and benefits of Hightower’s services, I partner directly with advisors to identify client opportunities and close new business.

-Proactively work with my current clients to develop a deeper relationship with them.-Coach and monitor the performance of the licensed bankers in my branches.-Work as a team with my business partners to provide our clients with a truly holistic approach to their personal finances.-Maintain a positive culture within my branches to drive collaboration.
